Getting Started
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a list of your current medications and supplements, any recent lab results or records you have, and a rough timeline of your symptoms. Since visits are by video, you also need a private space, a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Records that help
Recent labs, imaging reports and summaries from other clinicians help us avoid repeating tests and build a fuller picture. If you do not have them, we can often request them with your permission.
Medication list
A complete list of prescription medications, over-the-counter products and supplements, with doses, helps us review interactions and decide what testing is appropriate.
Symptom notes
A simple timeline of when symptoms started, what makes them better or worse, and how they affect your day is more useful than you might expect. It is not required, but it makes the visit more productive.
