How much do the 90-day programs cost?
Pricing for the Foundation, Precision and Executive programs is shared during your consultation, because each plan is customized to your situation.
What do the memberships cost?
Maintain is $149 per month, Complex Care is $349 per month, and Executive Membership is $749 per month.
What is included in every program and membership?
Every plan includes clinical evaluation, review of medical records, diagnostic strategy, lab interpretation, a written care roadmap, follow-up visits, health coaching, care coordination and portal support.
What is billed separately?
Outside laboratory fees, imaging, hospital care, emergency care, specialist fees, compounded medications, peptides, supplements, wearables, IV therapy, shipping and outside partner services are billed separately.
Does Vitality Medicine RX accept insurance?
