Telehealth care at Vitality Medicine RX follows a clear, structured path: a discovery call, state confirmation, a detailed intake, labs when appropriate, a findings visit and a written care roadmap. Care is led by Dr. Miklos Major II, Sc.D., DNP, NP-BC, FAAMFM, and is available in states where he holds an active license. He is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Doctor of Science (Sc.D.), board-certified nurse practitioner (NP-BC).

Labs are ordered selectively and completed near you or with a home kit, depending on your state and the tests selected.

How long is a discovery call?
The discovery call is about 15 minutes. It covers your concerns, history and goals, and confirms we can serve your state.
Do I need to be in a specific place for my visit?
You need a private space with a device and internet connection. You must be physically located in a state we serve at the time of each visit.
How do labs work by telehealth?
Labs are ordered after your intake and completed at a lab location near you or with a home kit where available, depending on your state and the tests selected.
When do I get my care plan?
After your findings visit you receive a written care roadmap with prioritized next steps.
What if I need in-person care?
Telehealth cannot replace physical examinations, procedures or emergency care. When in-person care is needed, we will tell you and coordinate with your other clinicians.
Is telehealth secure?
Yes. Visits run on a secure, encrypted telehealth platform, and your health information is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Can I use a wearable device?
Yes, optionally. Wearable data can inform your plan where useful, and some plans include wearable device setup or dashboard review.
How do I book?

What is the patient portal?
The portal is where you register, schedule visits and message the care team. It is provided by our third-party telehealth platform.
Is telehealth for emergencies?
No. Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
