States and Eligibility
What happens if you don't serve my state?
If we cannot serve your state, we will tell you during the discovery call so you can pursue the right next step without delay. We will not begin any care until your state is confirmed.
A direct answer
State eligibility is confirmed before any care begins. If your state is not one where Dr. Miklos Major II, Sc.D., DNP, NP-BC, FAAMFM holds an active license, we will let you know during the discovery call.
Why this happens
Nurse practitioners must be licensed in the state where the patient is located, and telehealth rules vary by state. This protects you and ensures lawful care.
