How do I book an appointment?

Book a discovery call to get started. Use the Book a Discovery Call button on this site, which opens our booking page, or call (469) 224-9969. We confirm your state during the call before any care begins.

The first step is a discovery call

Every new patient starts with a 15-minute discovery call. It is a conversation about your concerns, history and goals, and it is the fastest way to confirm that we can see you in your state and that our approach may be a fit.

After the call

If we can serve your state and you decide to move forward, you complete new patient registration, then a detailed intake covering your health history, symptoms, medications and lifestyle. From there, labs are ordered when appropriate and your care plan is built.

Existing patients

Existing patients can sign in through the patient portal to schedule follow-up visits and message the care team. The Patient Login link is in the header and footer of this site.
