After your first appointment you receive a written care roadmap with prioritized next steps, any lab orders, and a plan for follow-up visits and coaching. Care is built around your history, goals and findings.

A written plan

You will not leave wondering what to do next. The care roadmap explains each recommendation, why it matters, and what to do first.

Labs and follow-up

If labs are ordered, you complete them near you or with a home kit where available, and results are reviewed in a dedicated findings visit. Follow-up visits and coaching keep the plan on track.

Ongoing communication

Portal messaging lets you reach the care team between visits. Response times depend on your program or membership level.
